HOW CAN I PURCHASE A RUG?
Rugs can be purchased through the Junkdrawer website only.
Time in between drops can vary, but I will always keep everyone updated on dates and times of new releases via Instagram.
Each release will have a handful of rugs available for purchase - be prepared as quantities are limited and tend to sell out fast!
DO YOU DO PREORDERS?
No, I am not taking preorders at this time. Sorry!
HOW BIG ARE THE RUGS?
All rugs released in the store are 36"-38" (at the widest point) unless otherwise stated. You can always confirm rug sizes by checking the product description.
CAN I REQUEST A WHEEL/PRODUCT?
Yes! I base my releases on the most popular picks, so your opinion matters! Head over to the request form to let me know what you would like to see next.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE/BULK ORDERS?
I do not offer wholesale or bulk orders at this time. Sorry!

COMMISSIONS
HOW DO I REQUEST A COMMISSION?
Commissions are open periodically and dates/times for commission openings will be announced via Instagram.
Once commissions are opened, a form will be available on the website to fill out your inquiry. Be prepared to answer a few questions so I'm able to get a solid idea of what you're looking for!
Note: Once all of the designated inquiry spots are filled, the form will be closed.
HOW MUCH DO COMMISSIONS COST?
Commissioned pieces vary in price due to a variety of factors, but having an idea of what to expect will help us both out in the long run! Almost any rug size can be accommodated, but the most common sizes are shown below:
36" Rugs
Base: $450, Custom: $490+
48" Rugs
Base: $500, Custom: $540+
60" Rugs
Base: $550, Custom: $590+
Some things to keep in mind:
-- Base price is only for rugs that do not require artwork/are designs that have been previously made. Color changes are accepted (gold instead of silver, center cap color, etc.)
-- ALL artwork is created by Junkdrawer in-house. Custom artwork takes hours to make, so your price will reflect the complexity and time required to create it. For example, wheels with intricate spokes/details, whole cars, etc. will have a higher artwork charge.
-- Shipping is not included in the pricing below, and will be based on your location.
WHAT'S THE COMMISSION PROCESS LIKE?
INQUIRY
You submit your inquiry on the commission form, and I'll get back to you with a quote (or additional questions) in a few business days. If you decide you want to move forward with your commission, I'll send over an invoice where you'll pay your initial deposit.
DEPOSIT
An initial deposit will be due towards your balance upon receipt of your invoice. Please be aware that if your initial deposit is not received within 5 business days, your invoice will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your spot.
Once a deposit is made, you can choose to pay off your remaining balance at any time prior to the production of your rug.
ARTWORK
I’ll keep in touch and let you know when I will start on your artwork! Once it’s finished, a proof will be sent over for review.
Changes to artwork will be accommodated within reason (most color changes, minor adjustments). Complete reworks will incur an additional fee. Once your proof is approved, your final balance will need to be paid in full before I start on production.
* Please be aware that once I start on your artwork, your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel your order at this stage, a refund will be accommodated for the rug and shipping, but not the deposit.
RUG MAGIC (PRODUCTION)
Now for the good part - I’ll get started on your piece! I’ll shoot over some pictures of your finished rug before I pack it up and send it on its way to you.
*Due to the custom nature of commissions, once your artwork is in production, your order is non-refundable. Please contact me prior to this stage if there are any issues!
HOW LONG DO COMMISSIONS TAKE TO MAKE?
Generally, commissioned rugs take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to produce after final artwork approval. Timing can vary based on the current workload.
WILL YOU DO MY LOGO?
Sorry, I am not taking on any logo commissions at this time.
CAN YOU MAKE MY WHEEL?
Yes. I can make almost any wheel!
CAN YOU DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN A WHEEL?
Yes - though, I prefer the subject matter to be within the automotive/motorsport space.

CAN YOU USE ARTWORK I FOUND ONLINE?
Photo inspo of a wheel/car is totally fine, but I will not use someone else's artwork to create your rug. Stealing is not okay :(
All artwork is custom made by Junkdrawer, and will be created in a specific style as it's been tested to properly translate into a rug.

*Please carefully review your order and shipping information prior to purchase. Due to the limited nature of some items, most orders can not be changed or exchanged once payment has been processed. Though, If you need to change your shipping address, please send an email within 24 hours of your order confirmation to hellojunkdrawer@gmail.com

You will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) once your has shipped. * Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
CUSTOMS + FEES
JUNKDRAWER is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
JUNKDRAWER is not responsible for shipments lost or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us, we will arrange for it to be shipped out to the correct address at the buyers expense.
JUNKDRAWER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that indicate delivered by carrier.
If the tracking information indicates "Delivered" but your package is missing please complete the following steps:
- Wait a day or two. Sometimes a packages can be marked as delivered, but not show up until the next day.
- Check with your neighbors. Often times packages are delivered to the wrong mailbox/door.
- Find your local distribution center. The majority of the time your package is still with the carrier at the distribution center.
- File a claim with the respective carrier.*
* Please note that USPS First Class shipping is uninsured and you may be unable to file a claim. It is highly recommended to purchase USPS Priority shipping to ensure your ability to file a claim in the future.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package to hellojunkdrawer@gmail.com and I will assist you! Please be aware that a refunds for damaged items will not be accommodated beyond the 48 hour period.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of the products, all rugs, apparel, and accessories are non-refundable. However, if an item arrives defective, please contact me as soon as possible!
